Delivery

We ship across the United States. Nothing is due upfront: we check what you have asked for with the supplier who stocks it, quote the delivery window and the shipping cost, and only then ask for payment.

How long shipping takes

Items are dispatched directly by the supplier that stocks them, so the delivery window depends on the item rather than on one fixed schedule. We confirm availability within 1–2 business days of your enquiry and quote the delivery window for your order at the same time — before you are asked to pay anything.

An order containing items from more than one supplier may arrive as separate parcels, on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses take longer and are quoted individually.

Shipping charges

The exact shipping cost for your address is quoted with your order confirmation, before you are asked to pay anything.

If something is delayed

If we cannot ship within 30 days of confirming your order, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund — no questions asked. Carrier delays around holidays or severe weather do happen; if a parcel is running late we would rather tell you than let you wonder, so reach us on the contact page with your order number.
