Return window

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

• Unused and undamaged
• With any original tags still attached
• In its original packaging

How to start a return

Message us from the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will authorise the return and send you our US return address, so sending it back stays a domestic postage cost. Please do not send an item back before it has been authorised — we cannot match an unannounced parcel to your order.

Who pays return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. If you are returning an item for another reason — wrong size, changed your mind — the return shipping cost is yours. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue your refund within 5 business days, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.
